Winning 2nd place in Good Design Award

This year, the Good Design Award committee received a total of 4,789 applications from over 31 different countries, 1,353 awards were given out by a panel of 86 judges. Gogoro first received the award for Best 100, then received the Gold Award for getting into the top 20, and finally winning 2nd place for Design of the Year, becoming the only brand from Taiwan to ever compete in the finals.

Gogoro’s design won 2nd placed based on the merits of creating positive change for urban living through design and technology. For the past 3 years, it has help saved over 330 Million kilograms of CO2 with its innovative battery swapping and energy management infrastructure. Gogoro have also been striving to make electric vehicles more appealing and accessible with advanced technology and affordable pricing.
