“Lightest center stand in its class” refers to the Gogoro Luna being equipped with an effort-saving center stand design (by optimizing the main stand torque structure, extending the force arm, and adjusting the contact/landing point position, thereby increasing the lever ratio while maintaining structural strength, stepping height, and parking stability). Based on measurements conducted by Gogoro’s R&D team according to a specific test method, the downward force required to park the vehicle is 47 kg, making it the model requiring the least parking force among vehicles in the same class. - “Specific test method” means: the vehicle is placed on level ground; a tester whose body weight is slightly lower than the parking force estimated during the design stage slowly places their full body weight on the stepping portion of the main stand pedal with both feet off the ground. If the vehicle does not fully stand, calibrated weights are gradually added to the tester’s backpack until the vehicle can just be fully parked upright. Compared with the maximum width of 232.2 mm for the effective foam seating area of Gogoro’s EZZY 500, the seat width is increased by approximately 79.8 mm (approximately 34.3%).
“Largest floorboard space in its class” refers to the front floorboard space of the Gogoro Luna, calculated by multiplying its maximum longitudinal length by its maximum transverse width. The planar area is approximately 130,000 mm², making it the largest floorboard area among vehicles in the same class based on the same measurement method. “Vehicles in the same class” refers to scooter models sold in Taiwan proper in May 2026 and positioned for female customers (including SYM CLBCU, YAMAHA Vinoora, and KYMCO Yogurt). The floorboard space data for the aforementioned models were obtained by Gogoro using the same measurement method (measuring the maximum longitudinal length and maximum transverse width of the front floor mat area and calculating their product). “Creating the most comfortable riding posture for women” refers to the “design optimization benchmark values” developed by Gogoro Luna during the R&D stage, based on domestic and international literature on vehicle ergonomics and Gogoro’s extensive long-term internal testing and measurement results. These settings aim to optimize the geometric relationship of the human–machine interface so as to help optimize joint angles and reduce common muscle fatigue, raised-elbow discomfort, and knee cramping associated with conventional riding postures for most women under normal riding conditions. “Maximized space” means that, after lowering the cup holder openings, the relative knee placement space in that area can be effectively maximized compared with Gogoro’s existing unoptimized design. However, the aforementioned angle and space optimizations are design benchmarks and do not represent a single, absolute, or universally applicable standard of comfort for all individuals. Actual riding experience, joint positioning angles, and space comfort may vary significantly due to personal and external factors including individual height, body proportions, footwear (such as high heels, platform shoes, boots, etc.), riding habits, and road conditions. “Only dual cup holder design in its class” refers to the Gogoro Luna being the only model in its class with a native built-in dual cup holder space in the front storage structure (capable of holding two hand-shaken beverages or regular water bottles at the same time). - “Vehicles in the same class” refers to scooter models sold in Taiwan proper in May 2026 and positioned for female customers (including SYM CLBCU, SYM Fiddle LT, YAMAHA Vinoora, KYMCO Yogurt, Gogoro Delight, and Gogoro EZZY 500). “SBS front and rear dual-disc brake system beyond its class” refers to the Gogoro Luna being equipped with front and rear dual disc brakes and a synchronized braking system (SBS). In an actual vehicle braking test conducted by Gogoro on May 25, 2025, under specific controlled conditions at the brake test track of the Automotive Research & Testing Center (ARTC), the average Mean Fully Developed Deceleration (MFDD) reached 7 m/s². Compared with vehicles in the same class (equipped with front disc/rear drum brakes), whose tested MFDD values ranged from 4.5 to 6 m/s², this model demonstrates superior average deceleration performance. - “Vehicles in the same class” refers to scooter models sold in Taiwan proper in May 2026 and positioned for female customers (including SYM CLBCU, YAMAHA VINOORA, and KYMCO YOGURT).
